I think I asked this before but is there such a thing as a life size cardboard cut-out of Jimmy? Some people might like having their picture taken with him. Including me

do we have a printer on the boards?? I would think there are many pix of Bubba that we could get blown up for just the occasion

And hopefully since it's on BN we'll be able to track down the owner for permission.
That one is perfect 'cuz someone can easily stand next to a cut out of it
That's what I was thinking!!!!! either side of him too!
NOW.......... How tall is Jimmy?
He claims 5'8", but from what I've heard, 5'7" is probably about right.
I claim 5'11", but am closer to 5'10 1/2". I am in the tan jacket to the left of Jimmy (looking at pic):
Thanks Mike.............You still got that cardboard cut out? Could we borrow it? (j/k) nice pic btw
My research today didn't yield very good results........my printer, along with another that I called, doesn't do that.....they can make a life-size poster for around $150 and then I would have to cut it and paste it onto cardboard or foam board myself.
A sign company that I called doesn't advise doing that, the cut-out woudl be too "pixelated" and she wouldn't even give me a ball-park price, her boss who was out has to do that

Kinda hard to tell in this pic, but on the right, is a cut-out, and just put your face on it.
I'll check with my Communications dept when I get back to work next week and see what I can come up with.
Thought I would pass along an interesting little story and coincidence since it is Buffett related.
A few weeks ago, we had a Second Lt. in our internet cafe. There was a small rift between a soldier needing to use one of the phones and one of Indian TCNs (third country nationals) as to where this soldier fell in line to use one. Apparently, the Second Lt. took exception to how the conversation was going and pulled the soldier aside to "counsel" him, then gave up his spot so the soldier could make his call. The Lt. then came into my office and apologized for the incident with some regret. I asked the Lt. who his captain was - I wanted to write to him and commend the action taken by the Lt.
Well, so happens a couple of days later the captain comes in and stops in the office looking for me. He introduced himself and thanked me for taking the time to point the good deed of his subordinate. As we talked, we found some common ground for discussion mostly around racing and became fairly good friends over the past few weeks.
Last night I was tuned into Radio Margaritaville for the Jones Beach concert and in walks the captain. He is a big Buffett fan and was surprised someone else listens. As we talked he recalled the time he was stationed in Hawaii (tough huh) and got word JB was doing an impromptu concert at Duke's restaurant on Waikiki Beach. He said he made record time getting from one side of the island to the other and was one of the first to arrival - later joined by what he estimated to be about 4,000. He said Jimmy played about 2 1/2 hours.
I just ran into a buddy who has a stack of karoke CDs he will let me borrow and copy.
IS THIS THE SAME AS A MUSIC CD TO COPY??? I am karoke challenged.
Thanks,
John
