I can't see Florida in the fall, not during hurricane season.

I can't see the sponsors and insurance companies going for it, at least not in early fall, but you never know...

I would send Lynn to any Buffett show in the world if I knew YOU were going to be there with her. I can't say that about anyone else. I know damn well that she is in good hands with you. She wants to see Jimmy SOOOOOOOOOOO bad, but if she isn't with you I get pretty nervous. If she IS with you... no problem. With you I KNOW that she is in GOOD HANDS! You are the best friend anyone could ever have.

dave and i could fill the job also. just ask her or jen. she has hung with us at fort lauderdale and at great woods. we can take care of our gal. i don't drink so you know i'd be able to handle any situation with no problem. plus, we'd love to see her. it's been too long.

As for dates for 2008, as we all know, they usually start to trickle in around mid-February to St. Patty's Day - 3/17/08

I've never seen a full JB itinerary at once in all me salty years.

From what I understand, dates should start to trickle in mid to late Feb.

Here is a little food for thought for those of us on the East Coast......

The "Poets & Pirates Tour" stops in Philadelphia on 7/19/08.

So, maybe, JB will follow suit and play the Philly area in July as well.

Notice how I tried not to bash Mr. Chesney for ripping off the pirate aspect/theme of the name of his tour?

Or how he has called upon Sammy Hagar to join him on specific dates?

For as we all know, Sammy also has his own Tequila (Cabo Wabo) just like JB and leads a tropical island lifestyle, just like JB!

Remember, if it weren't for "Country Music" and 5 O' Clock Somewhere .....
JB might not have ever received an award for all his years of hard work.

OK, all his years of work which have brought so much joy to so many of us! (How's that?)

I'll try to keep everyone informed as soon as I get confirmed dates from his management, just like in previous years.

Tis time now for this old salty sea dog to leave the dock, return to the ocean and have a bite to eat!

He seems to be on a Detroit/Toronto alternate year schedule, so he's due to be coming to Detroit this <strike>summer</strike> year.

September is not summer in either of those places.
