Always the businessman, I'm guessing Jimmy only travels with one stage setup, etc. instead of two?
Hi from the Isle of Wight - hope you are all keeping warm up there in the far frozen north ............scottishparrothead wrote:Has anyone heard any more about Jimmy hoping to come to Europe again this year? We heard he was intending going to Paris (again) and also Amsterdam and London. Keeping our fingers crossed!
Jimmy made a comment in Frisco last year that he always comes to Texas before it get's too HOT.TommyBahama wrote:i don't buy into that schedule at all!!.....Tampa during Hurricane season!!!....Texas in Aug.....i don't know!!!...one thing with Jimmy is he is pretty consistent on where he will be and in what months..or close to it!!...i guess time will tell!!!!

That might have something to do with Hawaii dates, either they can't get back by then or they're continuing to head farther out in the Pacific.f2cdlzrd wrote:All I know for a fact is we could not get Peter Mayer in NC on March 1. It had to do with a 'scheduling conflict with Jimmy'. Who knows...
Still a little fluid at this point, it seems. I'm hearing the date has been pushed up to August 11th for Detroit.12 Volt Man wrote:I've been told by, uh, a reliable source () that Buffett is returning to Detroit this year - August 13th at DTE, tickets to be on sale beginning Saturday, 1/31.
Take it for what it's worth. We should know soon enough, I reckon.
Maybe. But he is in Charlottesville Va on March 2.chippewa wrote:That might have something to do with Hawaii dates, either they can't get back by then or they're continuing to head farther out in the Pacific.f2cdlzrd wrote:All I know for a fact is we could not get Peter Mayer in NC on March 1. 1 of 2 things. The band is flying back on March 1st (most likely), since the show is rumored for the 28th and there are only 28 days in Feb.Tropic_Al wrote:Maybe. The midwest at the end of July certainly would work and is similar to last year I believe. September also makes sense to me. I think the August is totally screwed up.wildcat wrote:July

Uggh!! While it would be nice to get ANY date....I'd would nice to at least get the Thursday date (4 day weekend!) rather than the Tuesday.12 Volt Man wrote:Still a little fluid at this point, it seems. August in Texas is the hottest time of the year. I seriously doubt he'd come then.
If he doesn't come in April, I bet it'd be May. By late June we're likely to be hitting 100*.
Isnt this just a mash-up of the last couple of tours.wildcat wrote:July
