You think I'm making this up?? They're really doing a Scattered, Smothered and Cover Tour. One of these is supposed to be recorded for a Live CD.

Ya know, I never used to like grits until I started doing this with them....

Ask for them to bring you some maple syrup. THEN, you pour the syrup over the grits. Grab a spoon and get to it. TERRIFIC.

I'm a Yankee by birth! Grit eater by the Grace of Della, the Waffle House lady. Remember to tip.

Glad to see this is going to happen. Due to budget I'm gonna cancel Alpine and do Vegas this year. If tickets go in 45 seconds like Chicago, anyone have idea as to how much the second market tickets cost?
Thanks! :pirate:

Do you think that Jimmy, and is crew, set these dates one full week apart to try to keep people from going to both? I'm not saying there won't be anyone at both, but it does make it harder than say Irvine or Great Woods, you know?!?!

Though this may be a nice thing, for those of us that couldn't do both, it will assist in lowering the percentage of people that will be buying for both.

Last year, he did the one week apart thing too, right? I'd bet that tickets did not go on sale the same day......anyone?

He did back to back October Saturdays in Vagas the last 2 years and I think tickets for both shows went on sale the same day. The Vegas shows don't sell out as fast as the other shows because the tickets are more expensive, top price is over $200.

I went to both shows 2 years ago but the first one was a spur of the moment thing. I found a cheap flight from NY, booked a hotel room and bought my concert ticket about 2 weeks before the show.
