Help Me With Song Titles!

Post by moondoggie »

I'm trying to find out the 'real' song titles and albums where I can find these Jimmy songs so I can make me up a custom CD for someone. Thanks so much!

Take It Back Album?
She should be here with me Real song? Album?
When the coast is clear Real song? Album?
Money back guarantee Real song? Album?
Paying for my sins on earth Real song? Album?
Come to the moon Album?

Can't you feel em circling honey? Enter Jahfin..... I can feel him schooling around!

Margaritaville.com has a discology with the albums and the song that are on them that may help. Sounds like a good cd!
And now I must confess, I could use some rest... I can't run at this pace very long.

Please don't take this the wrong way but as a future suggestion I'd say try Google, All Music.com or even the discography at http://www.margaritaville.com

"Take It Back" is only available on the Buffett box set, at least to my knowledge.

I'm not sure about this one. I'm also not sure what you mean by "real song".

When the Coast is Clear is on Floridays.

Thanks, caught that after the fact. I guess I was thinking of "Everlasting Moon".

Most likely. On that note, what does "everlasting moon" have to do with people protecting the environment? I never could figure that one out.

Not sure if this will answer your question but maybe seeing the lyrics will shed a little light:

(Spoken) This is a little song called "Everlasting Moon" about what some people did to preserve the environment.

The sky revealed the rumor
In a misty gray cocoon
Some angry baby-boomers
Stole the everlasting moon

They found a new location
Clear and poison free
In a distant constellation
Oh, they called it lunacy

Hangin’ in the sky
The perfect alibi
Baby come outside with me
There’s a moon you’ve got to see
Smiling every place
With his laser-painted face
Light of love in each moonbeam
Want you step into my dream
Everlasting moon (everlasting moon, everlasting moon)

Back when nature ruled the heavens
Oh gypsies, fools, and loons
Were dragged across the ocean
By that everlasting moon

When it goes from full to crescent
I move in and out of tune
It’s the envy of the kremlin
It’s our everlasting moon

Shinin’ in the sky
The perfect alibi
Baby come outside with me
There’s this moon you’ve got to see
Smiling every place
With his laser-painted face
Light of love in each moonbeam
Want you step into my dream
Everlasting moon (everlasting moon)
Everlasting moon (everlasting moon)

I still don't get it. Oh well...

What I get out of it is that some "angry Baby Boomers" stole the moon and put it in a constellation free of pollution. It takes a lot of suspension of disbelief but that's just my take on it.

Of course it was. The Lunar Construction Local #2163 wanted 20 times as much to build it, would take twice as long, and the last one they made never lit up.

If Wal-mart sells the moon, then there is one hanging on the wall in every trailer from NY to CA, next to the commemorative spoon collections
