Jimmy makes the "D-Book."
Dickinson College, a liberal arts college in central Pennsylvania, recently published versions of the D-Book--a brief historical overview of the institution previously given to Freshmen upon arrival at the school. Jimmy is definitely part of the history!
"In a note at the beginning of the book, the writers point out that the D-Book is not a complete history of the college. Instead, the authors sought to include a broad representation, in random order, of activities and influences. Some of those influences may include reported visits to campus by Martin Luther King Jr., Jimmy Buffett and Bruce Springsteen."
Seems like Jimmy was in some pretty good company there! Just thought this was a piece of interesting trivia. Never know where the PH nation is going to be represented.

Cool !--When were they there? My son graduated in 2005. (And he drove a 1999, used Ford Escort, wore Wal Mart blue jeans, and Buffett concert tour t-shirts!)

Sorry, if you're looking for glowing reviews of Dickinson, it's staff, or 99% of it's student body, you'd do well to not ask my opinion.murPH wrote:Wow--that was way harshrednekkPH wrote:I don't know, but for Jimmy's sake I hope the visit was short and by accident.murPH wrote:Wonder when Buffett was there?!?!
