Naps are one of life's great indulgences....I especially love unintended naps....the kind where you are reading a book or watching TV and doze off....

Like a cat... I have to get my pre nap previous to my pre before my nap nap before I can even consider taking the REAL before my nap nap to work my way up to my main nap.... napping is good exercise and needs to be practiced reguarly.

Every free moment I have.
Wife and keets can't believe how quickly and often I can take a nap.
We've gotta roll with the punches
Learn to play all of our hunches
Makin' the best of whatever comes your way
Forget that blind ambition
And learn to trust your intuition
Plowin' straight ahead come what may.

Boy, I wish I could, but on those rare occasions when I do, I wake up completely disoriented. I once dozed off until the phone rang and then argued with my best friend about what day it was----and I had only been asleep 15 minutes.

Totally. Or when you're sitting with a little baby in your arms and you both spontaneously fall asleep.
Once in a while when I'm in the "3:00 slump" at work, I'll slip out to my car and catch a quick ten minute nap. It's just enough to perk me back up to make it to the finish line!

Yep, yep. I feel ickier when I wake up than I did before the nap. Unless I'm really sick, I don't nap.

Rarely, but if I do, never longer than 20 minutes. I get too deeply asleep to be any good for anything if I nap longer.

About once a week. It helps to catch up if I've been getting up reaallly early or going to bed late.
I feel better if I get all my sleep at night and stay awake all day.
Sunday afternoon naps are the bestest! No guilt...
