For most concerts tickets are set aside either for the band or management company. Many of those tickets are then no used by the band, so they're released back to the ticketmaster slaves that we are.

There are also incidents of tickets becoming available after the final lay-out of the performance hall is known. If it's a sports arena the stage may be this big or that big, then upon finalization of the stage seats become available.

I've seen a few posts about tickets being available long after the show was sold-out. We just keep checking, even after I've got seats, better ones may open.

I was able to get some really good pavilion seats for the Cincy show today. There are still some left but near the back of the pavilion. So...if anyone still needs tix they are available (at least for a few minutes anyways).

4 more days til Cincy.....
Can't wait.

It is always interesting to see how seats pop up. A few weeks ago, I decided I wanted to go to the Springsteen and the Seeger Sessions Band concert in Chicago and I wasnt happy with the tickets showing up on ticketmaster. I continued to check two or three times a day and finally one came up that was much better than what I had been seeing earlier. Grabbed it and will see him in 9 days.

Seats get turned back in, house seats get released and any number of things can happen so always keep checking!
