Okay, laughing a little here.....my cell phone rings....I answer it...."This is Dr. McGraw's office calling for Mandy." I tell them they have the wrong number.....she says, "Is this (repeats my number)." I tell her yes, but there is no one here by that name.....she starts to argue with me....but this is the number we have for her....I don't know what to tell you, but it's not her number....but this is the number she gave us....well, then she gave you the wrong number.....but I don't have any other way to get a hold of her and I need to talk to her....once again, this isn't her number.....OKAY....are you ready for this and I kid you NOT....Can you take a message for her????? Sure....why not.
I'm feeling a little Blue Collar Comedy Tour here...."Here's your sign"....just my commentary for the morning to give an example of why some people are too stupid to live....

Hold the message for the next person you meet named Mandy. Even if it's 5 years from now. Then hand her the message, "Someone called for you a couple years back"...

What's so very ironic about this is with all the HIPAA laws in place, they are willing to give a stranger a message from her Dr's office!? These days, it's almost impossible to find out your own medical information and they are just passing it along to anyone!
You could get them in so much trouble for violation of privacy laws!

Actually, they just wanted her to return the call.....but you know how irresponsible she is....they'll never hear from her.

[Ssshhhh. That was me yesterday. Tomorrow I'm going to call Paige and say, "This is Mandy. Any messages for me?"]
