So, we discovered several months ago how versatile pork is. I love pork!!!

However, I prefer sausage links with my breakfasty type foods. Slap on some eggs, taters, and sour dough toast and life is alllllllll good.

What kind of pork do you like for breakfast?

i like bacon, but i'm pretty picky about how it's cooked, so unless i'm making it myself (or hubby is, under my direction), i order sausage when i'm eating out.

i don't think i've every actually ordered ham with breakfast, but i'll use it if i have nothing else on hand at home.

i like my sausage non-crispy and sorta chewy-ish.

There's no bacon, sausage and ham category. Why segregate when you can have all of the above in massive plate of swine goodness? :)

Homer: Wait a minute. Lisa honey, are you saying you're *never* going to eat any animal again? What about bacon?
Lisa: No.
Homer: Ham?
Lisa: No.
Homer: Pork chops?
Lisa: Dad! Those all come from the same animal!
Homer: [Chuckles] Yeah, right Lisa. A wonderful, magical animal.

BACON!!!!!

I love bacon....it's one of the main reasons why I could never become a vegetarian.

I do like sausage too...but not as much as bacon. When we have waffles for dinner, we usually have sausage. Bacon is mainly for breakfast and sammiches and such.
