BN Cookbook needed

I am 6 weeks into a new job and my in-town boss is a closet parrothead. His birthday is coming up and he would get a real kick out of BN cookbook, does anyone have a spare they would be willing to sell?

I thought so, that's why I opted to start this thread. I am only needing one, if anyone has one to spare. I would also be willing to trade concert t-shirt from this years tour, if that would entice someone into parting with theirs.
