OK, I'm NOT a techno goober....

BUT, think of all the cell phone lists that lurk from all the concerts in the past couple of years. If someone could figure out a fast way to text messgae those phones, there's HUNDREDS of votes, (think Dr. Evil when you read "Hundreds of votes," and don't forget to put yor little finger on the side of your mouth when complete ) Of course this might be impossible, but I'm guessing there's a PH out there that knows how to make this work.
