I FIGURE IF EVERYONE ELSE IS GOING CRAZY WITH THE ACRONYMS, I MAY AS WELL GET IN ON THE ACT.
(I DIDN'T REALLY PUKE MY GUTS OUT, I WAS JUST LONESOME FOR AN ACRONYM. EVERYONE ELSE HAD ONE). HAVE A NICE DAY (I WAS GOING TO SIGN OFF WITH THAT AS AN ACRONYM, BUT SOME SILLY FOOL WOULD GET THE WRONG IDEA WITH THOSE INITIALS).

I finally got a hold of the video at Best Buy after I had oredered it on Amazon twice. They finally realized what I was talking about when they got it in on their truck(about 40 copies). I went to work and then left on my lunch break to buy it. I had to wait six hours to return home to watch it. On the way home I bought a six pack of Corona a lime and a six pack of Red Stripe. The early videos made me realize how much talent that had been overlooked all of these years. Even when he made a big time video like homemade music he was overlooked by the prospects of MTV(god rest their souls). When Jamaica Farewell came on and the crowd footage started I realixed how far Jimmy had really come. From playing some unknown bar in Key West many a time to havine legions of parrotheads band together and follow his concerts as well as his environmental causes really brought a tear to my eye. Watching the beginneing of Changes really made me think how much he really means to all of us. He represents the kid in all of us who is "Growing older but not up". He represents the portion of all of us that wish they could pack up and leave and take our horse on a shrimp boat.
I think Jimmy realizes that he has not formed a legion of parrotheads, but he has formed a legion of individuals that believe that the earth is worth saving at all costs. It is in our blood, our breath, and our soul to find that 'One Particular Harbor' on this planet.......

Nautical Wheelers and Take Another Road more than justify the purchase price. I could have done without the cheesy 80s crap. More live footage would be great and how about releasin the entire Introducing Jimmy Buffett (1973)?

A great collection that every Parrothead and non-Parrothead should have.

Nearly every video is great, and there's little that is reused or rehashed, so each one stands on its own. "One Particular Harbour", "Homemade Music, and "Fruitcakes" seem to have turned out the best.

It would have helped to have included some songs in the big gap between Changes in Latitude ("Lovely Cruise") and One Part. Harbour ("Livin it Up"). The only other downside is including the outtake footage at the end that seems to show Jimmy acting a bit cocky and as if the world revolves around him. It detracts from the special quality of the song intros he gave earlier.

It is a great movie and is more then worth the money. And for younger Parrotheads it show what has they have missed out on before they were born.

Jimmy should release the old film footage as a video. The "Introducing Jimmy Buffett" film clips were the best part of the video. "Nautical Wheelers" was great. Also, Buffett should show more of Jane. She is hot!

This video is a classic, ranging from 1973 in Key West (just wish I could have been there to enjoy the times with him) up to the more moderen times of CILCIA, and the crowds tailgating before the shows. this video really is what "Jimmy Buffett" is all about and its what "We" are all about too. But the rasta man in Key West at the anchor inn is by far the funniest part of the video....I wonder if he has seen the video....also I was wondering if any of you are in that crowd...what a memory that would be!

i loved this video the first time i watched it. i really like the beginning parts from introducing jimmy buffett. also, after seeing the videos i found a new respect for Livin it Up, and Homemade Music. my favorites are, Take Another Road, He Went To paris, Nautical Wheelers (even though it was shortened) CILCIA, and The City. At the very end he does a video for Lovely Cruise. I was surprised since i didnt see it on the box, but when he lead into it, i hot goosebumps, and my eyes filled up. What a great song.

This is my own opinion, but I think that Mailboat Records should re-release that on DVD.

Nautical wheelers is great, but la vie dasante is unbeleivable, if you get it you'll watch it at least 10 times the first few days u have it. You gotta love hte in the city video, and the joe namath appearance.
