What's for dinner?

Leftover chicken. Leftover carmerlized plantain. Diced up the chicken
and heated it up with some oil and REALLY HOT sauce. Added the
plantain. Put it in some warmed-up tortillas with some shredded
cheese and ranch dressing. Couldn't stop eating them! Funny what you
can do with some leftovers and imagination.

That sounds like something you would make when you come home hammered at 3am.

Nah, when I do that I usually just make myself a peanut butter sandwich.

Pork chops w/dumplings (in the crock pot), roasted red potatoes, cooked carrots, & dinner rolls.

Salmon, red baked potato , green beans....yogurt for dessert , I hate diets. But , I have goal in mind between now and MOTM , so between eating better and the gym , I think I can get there.

Fondue tonight...

It's not Easter or New Years, but I made a crockpot full of pork and sauerkraut with
real mashed potatoes for dinner. I also threw in a couple of cheese-filled hotdogs
for the grandaughter. Aaaaahhh, heaven.

Sounds good. Barbecued ribs last night, so I've got my ration of pork
fulfilled for about two weeks.

Breakfast for dinner is a treat. When we do it we go pork roll, egg, and cheese sandwiches.

Made some spicy, garlicky shrimp. The newspaper said it's an appetizer. But I paired it up with some buttered rice.

I also made some aloo gobi (spicy cauliflower & potatoes; added brussel sprouts. For lunch & dinner breaks for work.
