I am fighting a cold but hubby is making dough for Lebkuchen cookies and soon i will get chopping and dicing and we will be having loaded nachos with homemade guacamole!

For us it is homemade spaghetti con matriciana e piselli

(Spaghetti with bacon, chilli, tomato sauce with fresh peas all mixed in)

:D Hi Lime! The backstrap is basically the tenderloin of a deer. It's the part that runs along the length of the spine. :D

We had what I call my "cream of broccauflower" soup.

Tonight will be a made up recipe of ground turkey, peppers and diced hot spicy tomatoes over whole wheat penne..
