Do you have any pasta?
Saute those other ingredients together in some olive oil and toss on whatever kind of pasta you have.

If you have one, put the chicken on the grill with some garlic powder, oregano, basil and pepper.
In a pan, saute the tomatoes and zucchini in some olive oil, pepper, garlic, and lime juice.
Put the chicken over the veggies.

What kind of wife would I be (married to an italian) if I did not have pasta in the pantry????
Thanks, that just might work
I just remembered that I actually have some homemade sauce in the freezer too

There must (for me) always be some kind of greens or veggie or I just don't feel like dinner is complete. Grew up with the irish mom, always had a meat or fish, a starch, and a veggie. Always.

I added a package of onion, celery, and peppers to the red beans.. I just saved the step, and the extra fork, salad bowl, and dish
