OPH studio version

Post by PhutureMD »

Listening to the Buffett Buffet, I had a question: I know that many BN'ers listen for the "not yet" when OPH is performed live, but I find myself adding it to the studio version as I sing along. Anyone else do this?

"But, not yet" is my favorite.
In live at Fenway Park, Jimmy says "We're still here'

But, can you belt out Nadirah's parts?

Yeah yeah!!!

and then there's Jimmy's "hey now hey now" on Live by the Bay version.

Makes me wanna break out in dance like Josh Leo Mr White Overalls!!

Won't it be good to see a live version on the Wrigley DVD?

My favorite live version is on Feeding Frenzy.

The Live By The Bay one is a riot though. I'll have to throw the dvd in and watch it again manana.

Always cracks me up when the guitar cord gets stuck and stops Josh in his tracks. Simple mind, simple pleasures I guess.

...Or The "SALT" chant or "bubbles bubbles bubbles" during Margaritaville.
The less informed pholks I hang out with think I have have indulged in some "artistic license". I of course take full credit for this improvisation.
