DDD us usually folding chairs along the very top of the section, though!

just MHO, but I don't think those seats are worth $126....

Someone probably found small enough folding chairs to set up one more in each section. Not a bad deal. Cost of a fold up chair $5. Turn around and sell that seat for $126+. Not a bad rate of return
