movie soundtracks

Post by OceanCityGirl »

This has become my recent new fave thing to listen to. Not the soundtracks like starwars with movie noises and talking, etc. The reason soundtracks suit me is the unfortunate side of my nature, which becomes easily bored. I do better listening to self created mixes and now soundtracks because they mix things up. Right now I'm listening to the soundtrack of American Pie, Pulp Fiction and Swordfish. I also love the soundtrack to The Big Chill.

I really like the Sleepless In Seattle Soundtrack, even though its not really the kind of music I listen to regularly.

I love the Sleepless in Seattle soundtrack too. I listened too much to American jGrafitti when it was an album in jr high to appreciate it now I think.
City of Angels has a great soundtrack too. I think what it does is expose me to artists i don't usually listen to. Then I go and get their own work.

Braveheart, Rent, and Cats. . . .along with Purple Rain. I'm partial to Darling Nikki because it was banned by all the parents when I was growing up. They'd actually put tape over the cassettes and erase the song. Now that I'm older, I understand why!

My mom had the soundtrack for The Big Chill when I was a kid. I loved it!

I love the NBC soundtrack. That's always within arms reach.

I also have The Last Unicorn and Legend which I've listened to fairly frequently over the years.

More recently, Charmed and Road Trip.

I've been listening to "Hoot" lately.

It's a kids movie but you may like one of the featured singers :D
