1. Hester can hold on to his balls when they're cold.
2. Even the D can have a bad day.

3-The post season is looking REAL scary, and i'm standing by my prediction that they won't get past the first round. Especially if Grossman decides to have a bad day.
A lot of people are saying they are going to lose at home in the first game but look at the competition they might face...The leader in the West - Seattle gets done at home by Alex Smith and Frank Gore; the leader in the South - New Orleans gets done at home by Jason Cambell; and the Cowboys have TO to screw things up.

All things considered, the Bears are who we thought they were! The NFC is weak and if the D gets things back in order I can't see many teams coming in and beating the Bears at Soldier.......oh wait, that's what I said last year

Of that bunch of teams, Seatlle is the one I'm worried about the most.
But the Bears will either have a great day, or they won't. It doesn't matter WHERE they play-Miami wasn't supposed to beat them a few weeks ago, nor were they supposed to win at Soldier Field in 1991 (or 1992?) when I was there in pouring down snow-but they DID) and Tampa Bay was supposed to be a pushover yesterday.
Bottom line is-they play in CHICAGO, where there's more dog teams than there are in Alaska.

HEY COWBOYS FANS!!!!

You're welcome. With the Redskins win yesterday, that helped the Cowboys clinch a playoff spot.

A team to watch out for.....and not a fan of is the Eagles.....playing very well........also if the Saints get Healthy they could be a threat!!

The Problem with the Bears i think will be seeing if all those injuries catch up to them...Look what it has done to the Giants....also this Tank Johnson incident...what kind of distraction that causes!!

No kidding...Tank was flagged before the draft as having problems with behavior which could be why he fell to the second round. The Bears need to get rid of him and the distraction that comes along with him.

Come on, how can you be so pessimistic about a team that would still be in the play-offs if the season ended today?????

Yeah, right.

I can't believe that I am going to agree with Kornheiser. He said one shouldn't compare Manning to Marino (because at least Marino got to the Super Bowl once even though he didn't win) but should be compared to Dan Fouts.... a great QB who never was able to make it to the big game.

I still love Rudy Johnson! I tradeded TJ Whoseyourmoma for Marques Colston because I have Drew Brees on the TR, my fantasy team.

We are calling them the Cincinnattica Bengals these days.

well, the Bears suspended Tank Johnson for one game, and then he will, apparently be back on the team :pirate: :pirate:

And, while I am a Bears fan, I am glad to see some other realists around here---I get a lot of grief in the Chicago area because I have been saying all year that I think they are overrated. Good, but certainly not a great team, and not a team that is consistent.

Ok who are we all kidding here, everyone knows but are still in denial the EAGLES will be in the Super Bowl this year. They will head down to Dallas this week and win, come home and beat Atlanta the following week. You heard it hear first, the ml this week is hanging around +190, jump on it and make yourselves some Christmas cash :D

I think your QB will be a little too distracted to get the job done....if you know what I mean :P :P

Maybe this should have been posted in the P.W.I. thread  Well they do have a better shot than some of the teams going into the playoffs :D

Pinning your hopes on Jeff Garcia is like asking the Pope to preside over your bris..he may be able to fake it for a while, but in the end, he won't get the job done. Romomentum is going all to way to hawaii, with a pitstop at super bowl XLI where the Cowboys will get one for the thumb...the other thumb!

I agree 100% on the consistent part, but if they are firing on all cylinders, they are a VERY good team. The defense will get back Tank, Vasher and Todd Johnson. If (and it is a big if) Rex and the O-line play like they are capable of, they will be in Miami. All depends on which team Rex will throw the touchdown passes for

And to me, the scariest team is the cowboys. Solid on both sides of the ball. I am hoping for Atlanta and a cold day, Vick was hysterical last year in the -4!!!

And Garcia will have bigger things to worry about than that chick. Has Jeff met Demarcus Ware yet?
