my husband and sons saw it and said the same.
I can't say I am a Will Farrell fan though...so I stayed home and had some peace and quiet!

I just don't see how he's funny. The stuff he does is just stupid. I don't get it. I literally sat through Old School while my mom and sis laughed hysterically and I didn't even crack a smile. I wish I understood....

Saw it Sunday and wasn't impressed. Typical Farrell movie where the previews are the funniest parts of the flick. There were some good scenes but overall would not have dropped 8 bucks a head to see it.

Well if its like Old School and American Pie... I'll pass......

The American Pie movies are great. But still not as good as Mel Brooks' movies.

I looooooooooooooooooove American Pie movies. American Pie is what hubby and I watched on our first "date."

I love Mel Brooks, too. History of the World Part I is on my all-time favorites list.

I'm sure Talladega Nights will make it into our house some evening when we're childless and looking for a laugh.

I saw it the other day, save your money. It was not a good movie. A few people around us even walked out on it.

I think Will Ferrell is funny but when he has to carry a movie alone it never works. Which is why Old School, Wedding Crashers, Zoolander were good movies, it wasn't all Ferrell all the time.

Jim: Guys, uh, what exactly does third base feel like?
Kevin: You want to take this one?
Chris "Oz" Ostreicher: Like warm apple pie.
Jim: Yeah?
Chris "Oz" Ostreicher: Yeah.
Jim: Apple pie, huh?
Chris "Oz" Ostreicher: Uh huh.
Jim: McDonald's or homemade?

Funny stuff.

I think I will too. I have all three. Have you seen the newest - American Pie Band Camp? I don't remember it ever making it to the big screen.

To complete the scene about the apple pie -

Jim's Dad: We'll just tell your mother that... we ate it all.

I've been reading the quotes off of imdb.com and it is killing me. I'm laughing so hard someone just came and looked in my office. I guess I better look busy for a while.

OMG. I'm looking at IMDB too.

I haven't seen "Band Camp" although I saw it in WalMart yesterday on DVD (straight to DVD for that one). I guess the only recurring character is Eugene Levy and it features Stiffler's little brother.

I've seen the other 3 as well. :D
