I think I'll just go along with the crowd on this one...Jimmy and CRB...without Kenny.

Just saw Kenny last night for the first time and it was a great concert...but...when I go to see Jimmy Buffett, I don't want to share him!! Just give me Buffett first and I'll go see Kenny on the side!

I'm a huge fan of both, but still prefer to see them on their own... not to mention BN goes into an uproar everytime KC is mentioned.

The tickets would be $300 for the lawn......

I cannot see that being a good idea for a tour. JB can stand alone... and Kenny seems to be able to draw a crowd as well.

I cannot even remember anyone opening for JB since... hmmm 25 yrs ago maybe.....
I recall The Igunas as an opening act in the early to mid 90s.

wow guess people don't like the idea. i still do. this tourwould have to bw in all stadiums and i think kenny would open the show. Also the sohw would have to start early becasue kenny would play at least an hour.

I thought the Buffett crowd mixed with the Chesney crowd because most young people i know like both bands

yeah... Kenny can reconstitute his "Pirates of Cookieland" midget troupe and they can open the tour stops just like that dwarf that used to travel with Kid Rock/Eminem/whoever... I hear the guys in the troupe really miss "the little guy" :D

nah.. Voldemort: much scarier. How fearsome is a 3'8" bald guy wearing pirate pants, a fluffy shirt, little ankle boots, an eye-patch, and cowboy hat waving a plastic cutlass while sneering in a high-pitched voice, "Gimme all your cookies"... :D

There are a lot of young people who like Britney Spheres and Jessica Simpson too... and no, I don't want to see either of them touring with Jimmy either. :D

You'll never see a "tour" with them together.

They are both big enough to carry their own shows.

They did play together (with Alan Jackson, et, al...) at an awards show and a 2nd time (also with Alan) at a private show in the Caribbean.

If you ever see them play together it will be a one-time performance.
But frankly, I think that boat has already sailed.
Jimmy has moved on to other things and I imagine Kenny has too.
Some people never find it, some only pretend
But me, I just want to live happily ever after every now and then.

ya.. and you would have to look at kenny for 2 hours
Fall semester in a Southern college town has little to do with studying and more to do with football and fraternity rush. I didn't know much about the football team. Hell at that time I was really an Ole Miss fan and to this day I still cant figure out why I didn’t enroll at the U of Mississippi-JB
