For instance, using A, B, C, or 1, 2, 3 instead of names, what exactly has
happened to our book??? Did A get it to B? where and when, and if not, why not? Did B get it to C? same questions....and so on, along the chain of possession......did someone fall into a snow drift or get drunk and run off with the maid...what went wrong, at what point???
Do you know who has the book now? Do we know whether it is safe?? what contacts have you had with whoever has the book? what were they? when was the last one? what explanations if any have you gotten?
In other words, stop worrying about those folks and think of US...and tell us what has happened, what is happening, and what your best guess is as to what will happen---enough of 'we know whats best, children'...and some information.
Those of you who know me well know that I very seldom I lose my cool but I am very close to it at this point y'all...
yes it is safe..
we do not know if it has made it to Jimmy yet..why....because the people doing us a FAVOR lead busy lives and cannot keep us updated...quite honestly the person delivering it to Jimmy MAY not have had the opportunity...
And YES...I will continue to WORRY about the folks who went over and beyond to help us do something special....they deserve our respect and I WILL maintain their privacy...
and NONE of us has taken the attitude of "we know what's best children"
You want to know the plan....as it was stated by CINDI in a previous post...
the book was fed ex to point A....Point A sent it to Point B...and the blizzard hit...it was delayed...Point B is to get it to JImmy...we have NO contact with Point B....to maintain his/her privacy...only Point A has contact with this person...
And there has been a little thing called Christmas and New Years where people have spent time with their families and I'm sure getting our book to Jimmy was the LAST thing on their minds as it should be....
I dont understand. Why didn't the book committee do something about the weather? That's just negligence on the committee's part.

I think some people need to grab hold of reality. I'm sure this book will make it to Jimmy. No need to get nasty and spiteful at the people who worked on this project. If on the off chance it doesn't make it, life goes on, no blood was spilled. Come back down to earth.

Well....if we really wanted to clean this up for the big man's reading...a mod could delete all of the negative crap that has been said in here. Me saying that no one had to try and get this together, no one had to tap their resources to get it to him and no one has to tell anyone about their personal connections would just be redundant. I guess it's not enough to know that JB will be reading the submissions of all who sent them in. Perhaps we could get them his personal address so they can brake into his house and see the expression on his face when he reads it....or maybe take some hairstrands out of his brush.
