i hope that song is also on the album, it's a great song, i've only heard the original by crowed house though.

This makes sense....

'Bama Breeze: hurricane related
Nothing But A Breeze: weather related
Party At the End of the World: a stretch, but a weather mention, Antarctica
Weather With You: obviously...

and who knows what other songs may be weather related....?

I still like Here We Are, but the more I hear about this album, the less it seems to fit as an album title...

No cover art posted on Amazon, I noticed.... I suppose it's possible that "Take the Weather With You" isn't the final title, but a place holder so Amazon can get it listed and start taking pre-orders?

I've definitely reached the "I don't care what JB calls it, I just want to hear it" stage! :D

I totally agree - Crowded House has been a favorite of mine since they first released singles in the US (I show my age :) ).

I immediately thought of them when I saw the new title. I'd love to hear JB's rendition, esp. with Peter on guitar.

OK, so we didn't guess the right album title. How about we vote on the acronym. Should it be TTWWY or T2W2Y?

Strange that it's listed under the RCA label. But again...

After the troubles I've had finding newly released music and DVD's in town, I may go for a pre-order myself.

Weather With You was scheduled for possible inclusion on License to Chill. In the letter that he sent out to the musicians/artists that would appear on the album it was listed as "If we have time". The letter appeared in the LTC Interactive website.

Anyways, maybe it didn't quite fit with that album. Other songs listed that didn't make LTC:
Fools Paradise - (Mose Allison) JB and Nadirah

How Can I Miss You If You Won’t Go Away - (Dan Hicks) Dan Hicks never went away in my world. We will do this one justice. Backgrounds will be done in Nashville by the Reeferettes.

Like Cats and Dogs (Hugh Prestwood) - JB and Clint. This is another one I have hummed and sang since Russ Titelman gave me my first Hugh Prestwood demo. Hell I wanted to sign Hugh. This sounds like girls on the chorus to me.

So maybe one of these might pop up too.

This album's had more titles than the British royal house.

Anyone want to lay odds as to whether this is the really, most sincerely, final title?

I do kinda like it though...
