anybody else following this? I have always loved Agassi. I feel for the guy who has to play him tonight. If he loses nobody will love him. The crowd is cheering Agassi if he ties his shoe or changes his racket. They know this could be his last match.
But no matter what, Go Aggy, we love ya here in Jersey.

I'm going back and forth between the computer and the Open. :D :D

The Agassi match is going to be an instant classic.

And I know Wimbeldon has so much prestige, but I love the overall NYC atmosphere of the Open. [smilie=happyspin.gif]

What an incredible night! Between the Billie Jean King dedication, and her sense of the moment and her eloquent remarks, to Andre's come from behind performance, it was a great night. I thought at match point, when the crowd gave him a standing ovation that he was going to break down. What a class act he is!

Great match Mon. night. Fell asleep in the fourth set :( , but the first three were fun to watch with all the tiebreakers.

Wasn't sure how I'd feel about the video challenges, but they seemed to be OK. Fairly quick, and didn't interrupt the flow too badly.

With all due respect to Billie Jean King, when watching the women, I root for whoever's hotter. [smilie=grinz.gif]

Didja see Nike's given Maria the "little black dress" look for evening matches during the Open? Works for me... :o

And to clarify, if she wins, that means she plays more, which means more eye candy. [smilie=gt_grinz-browwiggle.gif]

Agassi's back in action tonight, and it has teh makings of a five set match. I think that great first match against Pavel is only the beginning of the level of tennis we're gonna see with Andre.

Agassi won the 1st set, btw.
