OK that time again.. :D for this year my trip with Dad will include.

Salmon with Baby Red potatoes
Tamale Pie
Lasagna
Sweet and Sour Shrimp
Pork Verdi
Pineapple chicken
Chicken lo-Mein
Chili Dogs..


along with a couple of quiches I am making :D :D

oh but there is a slight change in the directions. Only cook the cookie/cake layer 5-10 minutes

:roll: I don't know - really the only way for me to be able to say for sure is to give it all a test run before hand! [smilie=battingeyes.gif] Well minus the chili dogs, unless you're doing something special there...wouldn't want to be unreasonable [smilie=happydance.gif]
