I bought 4 tickets and at the same time I had my mom try and get tickets also (I just came from Physics and ran to the student union to hop on the computer to try and get tickets) and my heart was racing as it jumped from my wait time being 4 minutes (heart was racing) to 3 minutes really quickly (heart eased) and then to 1 minute (very relaxed, but excited) then it jumped to 7 minute wait time (i htink I had a heart attack) then to 11 minutes (I was clinicly dead) but then finally I was taken to the order screen and was confirmed lawn seats...
and then my mom called and she got the 4 tickets I asked her to get. This will be my forth show, can't wait. I already have people asking to go so it will be a blast, me, my girlfriend, and 6 good friends spending thursday, friday, saturday and sunday down in tampa.
Which reminds me, I need to purchase another coconut bra... we had a Grass Huts and Coconuts theme party last week and it broke.
Hope everyone else had success with their tickets

Got my one lawn ticket to Tampa for a whopping 43 smackers!!!!
Of all of twenty people in line at my local Ticketmaster outlet, I was the only one buying Buffett tickets. The rest were there for Toby Keith tickets.
The lady in front of me had a small brat running wild and was constantly screaming his name........."Harley David!".
Yes, that's right......Harley David

Yeah...it's cheap...and directly across from the venue entrance but it leaves a lot to be desired. Convenient for bathrooms tho...Crzy wrote:lol...dicey ... hmm... maybe we will try the holiday inn... lolBrown Eyed Girl wrote:It's the Baymont/La Quinta.Crzy wrote:anyone know the name of the hotel directly across the street from the parking lot?

This will be my first outdoor venue, are these pretty good seats, I know that it's in the center, how far back is it?
I have a funny story to follow in the ticket buying section.
tickets went fast, as everyone said they would. I am just thankful to get tickets, and get under the pavilion.
Traveling to concerts, posting on boards, it is great to be a parrothead..... better late than never.

I know that kid, or at least one with the same name. I guess the kid I know would be old enough to not be running around the store by now. where does the time go?sonofabeach wrote:The lady in front of me had a small brat running wild and was constantly screaming his name........."Harley David!".
