Alleged voting violations by Ann Coulter?

State attorney to probe Coulter's alleged voting violation
By Jose Lambiet
Palm Beach Post Staff Writer

Wednesday, November 01, 2006

An alleged voting violation by GOP pundit and bestselling author Ann Coulter will be investigated by Palm Beach County State Attorney Barry Krischer's office.

Arthur Anderson, Palm Beach County's elections supervisor, said today that he would refer the accusation that Coulter voted knowingly in the wrong precinct Feb. 7 in a town of Palm Beach election to the state attorney "within 48 hours."

Anderson said that Coulter, since the allegations surfaced, made "efforts to distract and divert focus on the process regarding this complaint."

"I did express my frustration to the state attorney in a recent meeting and warned him I may need his services," Anderson said.

Ironically, Anderson said that Coulter's voting rights would not be rescinded for next week's election.

Anderson has been investigating whether Coulter voted illegally in the February municipal election in Palm Beach. Her registration shows an address that is not hers.

Coulter may have cast her ballot in the wrong precinct because she registered at the address of her Realtor instead of her homestead.

Coulter owns a homestead on Seabreeze Avenue, near Worth Avenue. Yet she claimed in official elections documents to be living at the Indian Road home of Realtor Suzanne Frisbie, which Frisbie denied.

In July, Coulter's lawyer said she had applied to strike her Seabreeze Avenue address from records.

The Florida Statutes show very narrow reasons to have an address erased from records.

Those include people in law enforcement, corrections, the judiciary, revenue collections and code enforcement. The law also provides hard-to-get exemptions for the victims of domestic violence or aggravated stalking.

Coulter did not cast a ballot in the September primaries, according to Supervisor of Elections records.

She usually votes Republican and has the AUDACITY to write books that aren't very complimentary to the Democratic party (i.e.-tells the TRUTH about them), so, therefore, yes, she's an opponent of theirs.

Hell, if they gain control of congress, they'll probably investigate ME, my dogs, and everyone I've had sex with for the last 40 G.D. years.

On the other hand, when are we going to prosecute the dead democrats and illegal alien democrats for voting?

I'm glad you included the useless Republican and as far as I'm concerned anyone else who votes illegally should be included in group.

I always enjoy Ann Coulter and Al Franken since they are both reasonably bright, both are articulate and have the ability to see the world in black and white. I'm not sure which sees the black and which see the white but they see two totally different worlds so it is great fun to hear about their views.

I heard on yesterday's news that of the early 77,000 votes cast in New York the dems were leading the reps 4 to 1 in the 2600 deceased votes cast.

equal opportunity offender that's why I don't like someone trying to pigeon hole me into a dem or rep. The both stink of poo.
