Bush Loses It . . .

His Rubber Stamp Congress that is!

Congressional Republicans, that is, the ones who still have their jobs, are perhaps finally beginning to wake up to the price to be paid for giving Dick and George everything they wanted whenever they wanted it.

I find it just a little much that some folks can apparently put up with six years of an administration that has systematically lied to them in the name of security, stripped them of constitutional protections in the name of security, spent the nation into astronomical debt in the name of security, and now that Democrats hold a majority in the House (and maybe the Senate), these same Republican apologists caution that the Democrats need to remember bipartisanship and moderation.

The House Republicans have basically been giving Bush a FREE PASS for the last six years, but now it's time for both parties to work together to get Congress working again!

This is very funny to me.

bipartisanship and moderation = two words used by the minority party. The democrats have been screaming them for the past 6 years, now it is the Republicans turn. I am looking forward to Bush's first veto.

Well, they are the Party of Family Values, Inclusion, and smaller, less-intrusive government too...

sorry...

I need to clean my monitor now. I just spit coffee all over screen trying to keep from laughing.
