Stuey is my roommate. People can hear him talk, it's just a matter if they

pay him any attention.

Creeky must have found him interesting or she fell asleep because they

were on the phone for almost an hour at the Topless Phlocking.

They can hear the dog talk an no one is cashing in on that...and its weird because sometimes the people anwswer Stewie, and sometimes that act as if he's baby talking. But then again, Brain always understands Stewie so...

it's the funniest show on tv right now. Brian the dog is always heard, but I am not sure about Stewie.

and yes Peter has testicles for a chin.

Creative license. The only one who hears Stewey all the time is the dog. Mom and sister never hear him. And the rest are "as needed" to promote the plot of the moment.
