seems only they carry..
(I'm not gonna say what. It may be for a Christmas present)

Isn't ALL corespondance handled through Mailboat?

IMO, yes. I emailed the United States Post Office last week (around 9pm) to inquire about a missing package - I got a real email (not a "standard" one either) within an hour. Between USPS and M-ville - I generally think of M-ville as having the market on CS and service.
