All On The Same Day?

Four maternity ward nurses from the same Des Moines hospital recently gave birth on the same day.

In other news, President Bill Clinton fondly recalls stumping for Democratic candidates in Iowa late last winter.

Where my wife works, all the women have their 'times of the month' at the same time... wonder if that's the same type phenomenon?

Maybe. We recently, at work, had a few baby birth announcements that came within a month of each other (yes, I know not the same day).

It snowed in Jacksonville Florida on Christmas Eve, 1989. I worked at a large drug store chain. In my store, there were 11 women. 9 got pregnant. All of us due in September 1990. Hence, My Jim was born 9-10-90...followed by lots of Walgreens babies!!! That was one heckuva lot of baby gifts!
Coincedence????? NO!!!
It was SNOWING in FLORIDA!
It was CHRISTMAS EVE!!
What ELSE were we supposed to do!!!???!! [smilie=blush.gif]

I have a picture post card of snow on the ground on Amelia Island (Fernindina Beach) from that winter. I'm thinking the photo on that card could've been taken on that very day.

Virgin Komodo Dragon Pregnant
In an evolutionary twist, a female Komodo dragon named Flora has managed to become pregnant by herself.
Raised in captivity, Flora has never been exposed to a male Komodo dragon.
