Here's what my wife and I did when picking a name for our daughter: we went to the Social Security Administration website and printed off the list of the 1000 most popular names. She went through and highlghted all the names she liked in yellow. Then I took the list and did the same thing with a blue highlighter. Any names that were in green (yellow and blue make green, get it? ) were open for discussion and then we started narrowing down from there. (We finally settled on Avery.)

And in case you're curious, boy name #1 is Jacob. #1000 is Blaise (just after Jaheim and Tye).

My favorite names are: Carson, Greyson, Owen, Bailey, Emerson, or Hadley.
I have a friend named Jackson...he gets tagged with "Action Jackson" alot. Do you have any interesting "old" family names.
