From the Charlotte Observer: Jimmy Buffett's Cheeseburger in Paradise chain comes to Huntersville; the new burger joint is slated to open Monday January 22nd at 16203 Northcross Drive, off Exit 25 from I-77. Lunch and dinner daily.

Coral Gables, FL on February 5th
Islin, NJ on March 19th

That was all the info I was able to provide. I am no longer directly connected to CIP, so info is harder to come by. Plantation USED to have one, but the mall it was in closed. So Coral Gables will be the only FL location at this point.

I think Coral Gables counts as South Florida since it's directly between MIA (the airport) and the actual city of Miami.

I used to live about 5 miles from the Huntersville, NC (Charlotte) location before we moved to SC.
At least we have one in Greenville
