I've never seen her. She's one of those performers that I really want to see. I worked with a girl that saw her and said she is awesome in concert.

I've never seen a real Melissa Etheridge concert but I've seen her on the Today Show, Good Morning America and she was one of the performers at the Concert For New York City that Paul McCartney organized after September 11. Her mic went dead in the middle of a song but she kept playing the guitar and the crowd started singing until they brought a new mic out for her. She didn't miss a beat, picked up right where she was when the mic went dead.

What I've found tonight... the 'big' awards have only been one so far - Supporting Actor - all the rest have been ones that most take bathroom breaks on.

The dancers who are portraying the movies are great.

And Ellen is fun working down with the audience.
