Sauce Boss's Liquid Summer Datil Pepper Sauce and Habanero sauce- about 3/4 datil to 1/4 habanero. The Datil by itself is soo good- not very hot, with a fantastic flavor. The habanero has a similar flavor, but too much heat for me.

OK we know there is a lot of sauces out there.
BUT how do YOU make wings?

Not everyone likes this way - but we do. :D

I put the drumettes (prefer them to actual wings) in a large dish, cover them with the hot sauce, a stick of butter, a little garlic and onion powder and a bit of pepper. Then I bake them for 2-3 hours at 275 and baste/turn them every 30 minutes. They fall off the bone. :D

This is very similar to what I do... I drain the fat a few times too just to make me feel not so guilty when eating them... but I use both the drumettes and the wings
