I live down here and the media has completly blown it out of proportion. Go figure. They are to have officials speak to the public. What officials? I'm not sure. I imagine the mayor and some other folks. But of course, a celebration is still inevitable. And why shouldn't there be? And to the guy or gal who said they find cubans for the most part to be irrational, could you generalize any more?
