When Kokomo got home from work he told me he got my email (since I couldn't reach him by phone) and had forwarded it to his Parrothead friends at work!
We're in...may even take the keet out of school a "little" early so we can be in Houston for any supper phlocking.

I could only do that for a show or shows after 4/21. I'm going to see Norah Jones here in NYC 4/18.

If Dallas and NO come the week AFTER the Houston date, then I'm in....
I am on a fact finding mission. I have heard rumors of an upcoming concert at the Minute Maid Park. Woudl there be a possibility of renting a suite or a couple of suites for something like this?
It would be a large group - so if a suite is not a possibility, what options
would we have?

Let's make sure we have a show and see how much we need to come up with first, then I'll let you know.
Janice - I would tell them that you heard JB may be in town 4/21 and you heard it from a friend. I wouldn't get more specific than that.
PHritz - Mrs. Play can't get the time off in April for a week-long trip, so we're not up for that. But $1400 split 8 ways is only $175 each. That's a hell of a deal for a place to crash for a whole week, even without a Dallas show between Houston and JazzFest.

Our group was just curious that "if" there was a concert at Minute Maid, could something be arranged for a large group for the preshow and the actual concert.

I would think it wouldn't hurt to identify the rumored date...
