The porta potties will be there at 9AM and I'll probably be there myself. If not, I'll give the money to someone else a week or so in advance.

Today is the deadline to get me the $$ for t-shirts. Send me a PM if you haven't gotten an email and you need the paypal address to use.

Mr Play wrote:So for the people who went to PHP yesterday - what did you think about the party zone area?
Great layout, especially if we can "take over" the majority of spaces in both lots. Big grassy area between the lots with the coverd area with chairs & tables will really be useful for a party this size.

Since i'm on the early crew, wondering if anybody has a large coffee urn they could bring. 8)
Put me down for the coffee pot. It's a 30 cup maker & takes about a 1/2 hour to brew up.

I called the Embassy Suites to double check my reservation and they are full. The manager said that most of the people will be from the concert. What does that mean to you. I asked her if she could put that I will be a late arrival on the reservation so they will not give my room away. Just a word of warning. You might want to call your hotel and have them put it on your reservation. She said that the front desk folks do sometimes give the rooms away.

It was a great trip to Dallas this weekend, a pleasure to meet everyone. Just a short drive to paradise. More on the roads for our northern friends later.

I called the Holiday Inn Express and told them I would have a late arrival also. She said that it was probably a good thing that I did that also. Thanks for the heads up.
What we gave each other ain't exactly clear. Probably comes under the heading of Souviners.

RVs allowed in Green Lot?

Post by SwingingParrot »

Hey all! I just found this thread and I've been thinking about Boat Drinks all morning. :)

A quick question for clarification, are RVs allowed in the Green lot where everyone is planning on setting up? I saw the recommendation that they go to the blue lot... just didn't know if it was a requirement.
