Jet ski there and not in my pool this year? Great! :D

I'm wondering something and I know you guys around the metroplex can help me out here ...

Mr. Mojito and I are coming into the city for an artsy/fartsy weekend ... we do this about 3 times a year ... we stay at the Doubletree and go out to eat and see art movies at the Inwood ... and shop at 1/2 Price Books and go to the museum .... you get the picture ...

If you could take your signifcant other out to a nice dinner, just for the two of you, where would you go and why?

Thanking you in advance, your phriend

I'd go to Burger King or someplace like that because anyone who would stoop to being my significant other surely has no taste.

The restaurant at the top of Reunion Tower is cool if you haven't done that before. You sit by the window and rotate 360 degrees in about an hour.

Simply Fondue it takes about 3 hours. It can be lots of fun dipping and licking "food" covered in cheese or chocolate.......then drive back to the hotel as fast as you can!!!!

I love Ruth Chris' ... de-yummy.

Bill: The last time we went to the top of the Reunion Tower, the food wasn't that great....has it changed hands?

I love meat, too, and the whole gaucho experience.

Great ideas. Keep 'em coming. :D

Ruth Chris' is good.
One I recommend (again a little pricey) is Del Frisco's http://www.delfriscos.com/dallas/ it's not far from the Inwood, etc.

FINS4LIFE and his group are bringing 10 more bottles of booze and mixers for the blenders, so we're up to 31 bottles of each now.

Garnetbimbo & Big Daddy are bringing another kiddie pool to make it 6. I'm thinking they can put their 3 at one picnic shelter and nolestaylor can put his 3 at the other shelter, so we'll have beer storage at each location.

I was recommending the atmosphere not the food, but you've been there done that.

Hey everybody ... I just sold my extra tickets to a newly engaged couple. He's a parrothead and she's a virgin. They are pumped up about the tailgate and I suggested they get online here and start to meet (not meat) everyone.

I know y'all will be kind, but please be gentle as well!!

Yep. What's your and Debbie's favorite place to hang out, without the kiddos? :D
