mydogbuffett wrote:The only thing I remember about the whole show was the heat. I had floor seats and was melting. I would never go to another show at Texas Stadium and have floor seats in the summertime no matter who was playing. I finally moved up to the nose bleed seats and enjoyed some of the show. All in all the experience sucked.
It was hot! And, do you remember they ran out of cold beer about halfway through the George Strait set? Talk about poor planning! You get a group of parrotheads and cowboys together for a 5 or 6 hour concert and don't bring some cold beer? That's just wrong! [smilie=hrmm.gif]

It was a pleasure and a hell of an evening
Truly was our night to win
But the authorities insist on my leaving
Take care my American friend

I remember hearing they were out of beer at Texas Stadium, but we were drinking margaritas and piuring bottles of water on our heads.

It's cold here today but i bet it'll be pretty warm 3 weeks from now.

I just bought over 60 lbs of brisket to get stocked up for the party. Thanks you, Tom Thumb & Albertson's for putting it on sale this weekend!

Hank Hill : Just in case I'm incapacitated for some reason, do you know how to start a man's heart with a downed power line?

Bobby: No.

Hank : Well, there's really no wrong way to do it.
