LS3 is definitely in for 3 table skirts, and RAYRO is sending hers to me too. That way I can trim them to fit the trailer before the concert so they don't drag the ground too much.

I have order numbers for table skirts from land_shark3, Mango Bulldog, and RAYRO - all being delivered to my house. You guys rock!!!
Hey Pharms - instead of the grass skirts can you get a big piece of indoor/outdoor carpet to line the bottom of the trailer with? PHarmboy and I can get it laid down when I pick the trailer up on Sunday if you get it before then. I haven't priced it in a while but you should be able to get it for about the same as 3 of those skirts...

No turning back now, it's on your list. Bring the batteries and a power cord too, in case the generator for the hot tub will run it.

I don't suppose we got anywhere with the ice machine in the building at the picnic area? I suppose the machine will be off, unless they plan to sell concessions the day after the concert, or before. They don't need a bunch of stale ice waiting for the next soccer weekend.

Early on I asked PHP about renting out the complex. They wouldn't do it and everything is first-come first-served, so I decided to make us self-sufficient. Right now we have 142 bags of ice coming, and vickster is bringing a big ice box on a trailer to help with the storage.
