Very much appreciated - thanx! :)

So far, but yet, so near
Where I see the day
When my hair's full gray
and I finally...disappear. BUT NOT YET!!

The place we stayed at last year has a big refrigerator, and has rooms available. I know this b/c I called to see if they had vacancies.

You are good, Auntie!

I'm looking for a Residence Inn a little more north. :D

See if they have a Courtyard or TownePlace Suites (also by Marriott). They have "suite" things like where we stayed last year too. Not so much Courtyard, but worth checking.

People are going to be arriving throughout the day. I think 10am should be fine for getting a spot, since most of the early arrivals will try to park close to the stadium. Parking is on a first come basis though, so there are no guarantees. I'm getting there at 9am to meet the porta potty guy.
How many do we have scheduled for being there when the open the lot?

We'll be dropping off our kids in Greenville so we won't be around Friday night. A while ago I asked if anyone local wanted to set something up, but nothing ever came of it. There's a Hooters right next to the HI Express in Frisco where a lot of people are staying, it's a good location if anyone wants to talk to them.
The Lone Star Parrot Head Club is getting together at the IRISH ROVER in Frisco around 7p.m. www.irishroverpub.com
There's also going to be a group of us out at the parking lot

Do we still need to park in the blue lot with the RV's on Fri night, or has that changed?

The blue lot is the only one at PHP that will be open Friday night. There are a couple of other options that I'll touch on in tomorrow's email.

Got the t's and wristbands. Thanks Bill! BTW, who do we talk to to reserve or pay for our weekend spots? We are going to be there Friday evening (around 10 as our daughter is graduating that evening) and will be there the entire weekend. My sister, SherilovesBuffett, will also be arriving Friday evening with a camper to spend the entire weekend.

Any information is appreciated!! We are big MAVS fans and the playoffs beging the 21st. We have tickets for the playoffs, so we are hoping that there isn't a game on the 28th.....a terrible decision would have to be made!!! :wench:

No prepaid parking, you just pay for your spots when you get there and the blue lot will be staffed overnight. I'm told we'll be allowed to move to the green lots when they open Saturday morning.

And when in doubt, err on the side of Buffett!

Oh and Go Mavs! I guess if I had playoff tickets, that would be a tough decision.
