I sent the Friday Update email to everyone on the contact list. I sent it as a BCC, so check your bulk folders and let me know if you didn't get it. Here are a couple of excerpts;
Everyone should have their T-shirts and/or wristbands by now. If you haven't gotten them or there was a problem with your quantities or sizes, let me know ASAP. I'm trying to get everything taken care of now so I can just show up at the tailgate and hang out like everyone else.
Just so everyone is clear, the concert is at Pizza Hut Park, at the Dallas North Tollway and Main St. Don't get it confused with the Dr Pepper Ballpark, which is 4 miles south near IKEA and the Embassy Suites. The Dr Pepper Victory Center is the landmark to look for, north of the stadium on Technology.
When you show up at the tailgate, bring your contributions to the picnic shelters between the green lots. The grills will be together with tables for food items, the kiddie pools and coolers will be together for drink storage, and the margarita machines and blenders will be together for the liquor contributions.
