Juice and something to eat---donut, piece of toast, etc....not a big breakfast eater ever.

usually toast with cheese on it or oatmeal in winter...cereal with fruit in summer....

coffee is a must.....yogurt or luna bars if available......

but def not a fan of traditional breakfast foods....ie. eggs, pancakes, waffles

During the week I'll usually bring a package of instant oatmeal to the office with me and have that. If I don't have oatmeal I'll go to the cafeteria and get either a bagel or a muffin. Weekends I rarely have breakfast. Unless there's a continuation of the previous night's dinner.

I usually eat as soon as I get up!

oatmeal with blueberries and cinnamon, or

dry toast and orange, or

egg beaters with canadian bacon, or

toast peanut butter sliced bananas,

and always, always a diet coke

I LOVE BACON, but hardly ever eat it for breakfast. I could eat 4 or 5 pieces everyday...

if I sleep late, I have half an apple and lite laughing cow cheese wedge

I have yocrunch..low fat yogurt and my vitamins with a glass of OJ...during the week......On the weekends i splurge withe eggs,,Bacon...HF!!!

First I have coffee, followed by a cup of coffee....then usually a cup of coffee with a big bowl of oatmeal with either raisins or dried cherries....I love oatmeal.....I look forward to it every morning....
after coffee, of course.
