Waterbed Bedding

Post by CoronaShark »

Has anyone here ever purchased waterbed bedding online? I have a hardsided waterbed (king) and I'm having a difficult time finding what I want. There are plenty of sets that look like they come from some cheap 70's p*** like zebra or leopard, but not exactly what I'm looking for lol.

I did find a few on EBay but they were solid color only and no prints. Anyone able to point me in the right direction? I went through about 50 pages on Google last night to no avail.

I did, thanks! I probably should have been a bit more specific. What I'm looking for ideally is more of an abstract pattern. Actually I bought a couple sets a few years ago, but for the life of me I've been unable to find the sales slip showing the website.

I just use standard flat sheets for top and bottom.
Mine's an ancient queen size, and I use a queen
flat on the bottom and a full flat on the top so that
it doesn't hang over the sides. Only problem is
that most cool designs are sold in regular bed sets. :-?

What's harder to match, the shag carpeting or the lava lamp?

The shag carpeting in the van is the hardest to match

Thanks for the links. I appreciate the help. Still not sure I've found what I'm looking for just yet, but I'll keep at it.

I'm with Desdamona...I use the regular flat sheets. I have a queen bed but use the king size flat sheet to tuck in lots of material all around. I used a smaller queen sheet for the top sheet.

I know they went out with the shag carpet and lava lamps, but I just love that warm comfy bed and nothing else ever comes close.

It takes me a couple of days to be able to sleep on a conventional mattress when
we travel. It definitely is one of the best things about going home. You too?

I don't sleep well anywhere else. I keep tossing and turning to keep various parts of me from getting "pins and needles" feeling.

We have a pillow top mattress at our cabin and I can tolerate it...but much prefer the waterbed at home.
