I can believe the date but tickets going on sale on a Friday? That's odd.
What am I saying, most of the tickets so far this year are going on sale on Monday, so no, it's not that odd.
Thanks for the 411 Savvysdad...

Nissan's VIP tickets for the entire concert season go on sale on Saturday, 3 March. I would guess Ticketmaster doesn't want two things going on sale at the same time for the same venue.
All that means is, we have to have a quick trigger finger...

Yea!!!! Summer is coming!!!!!
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Pinot Noir in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming "WOO HOO"

If the show starts at 8:00, they should put 7:00 just so you have an extra 1 hour traffic allowance. Without exaggeration, it took us over 2 hours to get from the exit off of 66 to the pavilion last year. I couldn't take it any longer because we couldn't get into the lot and I parked my car on the road across from the pavillion and went in.MDShark70 wrote:It's listed on the Nissan Pavilion website too. The Nissan website says the show is at 7:00 pm with gates opening at 5:30 pm and TicketMaster says 8:00 pm. What's up with that?
I drove through the new roads at Nissan last weekend and it's promising, but we'll see. When you take exit 43-B, you now take a right on 29 instead of a left. Then you turn right on University Blvd. and go back over 66. The road then lets you out where you would turn for the old overflow lot. Still too much potential for problems where the traffic merges.
And they widened 66 west to 4 lanes ALMOST all the way to 43-B. So you still have to deal with the 4 to 2 lane merge before the exit for Nissan if you take that exit.
Where are you when we need you Merriweather?

a couple of years ago, margaritaville posted dates AFTER they sold out. I stopped trusting their info right then.FunkHouse9 wrote:Is it wrong of me to be a little bothered that this appeared on ticketmaster.com before it showed up on margaritaville.com?
any news on a presale? is there any reason to hope for this?

We came from the west side of Nissan and didn't have too much trouble at all. puts you at the lot on the far right (if you're looking at the entrance).FunkHouse9 wrote:If the show starts at 8:00, they should put 7:00 just so you have an extra 1 hour traffic allowance.
