is Cincy really that good? It is the only big one that I have missed. Not a fan of Alpine; I agree the hotels are too far away and it really is disorganized.
I always say New England is the best because of the sailing and islands and parties days before the shows and after as Jimmy usually ends that leg of the tour here. He has major roots out here in Nantucket and the Vineyard. It is more of an overall experience and lifestyle we live year round. But that's just me. Oh, and Jimmy regards it as the best and, no, he doesn't say it everywhere he plays.
I have been all over the midwest to see Jimmy, but there is no place like where it all started Cincy, nothing like it, it is magic. Take care everyone. See you in Cincy July 26th. Phins up, summer will be here soon. Have a safe St. Pattys day

Cincy is as good a party as anybody else. Check out the river sometime. There is a certain intimacy between JB and the crowd as is the case in a few others also, so it's kind of unique. I'd take the crowd over any other city though. I will say...I am not fond of Riverbend as a venue though. If you're in the pavillion the sound is good, the lawn is a lot worse and when you go to the concessions you can't hear a thing!
