I thought that my ALARM sounding off at 9:50 may have been a hint to my client that I had something IMPORTANT happening soon that needed my attention.

Comcast here (Jackson) has been terrible for about 10 days, I've called and been credited one week already. I'll be calling for another credit if it's not cleared up when I get home.

Had a Comcast (cable tv division) installer almost quit in the middle of a job in my living room last month. Dude was stressed like an air-traffic controller. Office paged him about every 5 minutes -- "are you still there? They're waiting at your next job" He finally shut the phone off.

Dr. Corona...your client could have left at 10:01 and you still would have been screwed...

I was on my laptop at 9:45, ready to pounce...despite have high-speed internet access I could not get tickets!

Shut out for now....but not down for the count.

I'll get them one way or another.

Don't panic. You should easily be able to get tickets (although maybe not lawn seats) a week or two before the show when the release the unused sponsor/band tickets....

Or you might score a lawn seat in the parking lot at below face.

Get 6 lawn tickets reserved, enter in credit card information, triple check that everything is correct. See the Processing order screen for 3 minutes. Then get a "Problem processing your request, Please try again" Then you click the only link on the page and you get sent to the back of the line. Ticketmaster is the worse.

I am hoping for a miracle on the ticket exchange

You forgot to sacrifice the goat. Doing that makes the whole process easier.
