Had a Comcast (cable tv division) installer almost quit in the middle of a job in my living room last month. Dude was stressed like an air-traffic controller. Office paged him about every 5 minutes -- "are you still there? They're waiting at your next job" He finally shut the phone off.

Don't panic. You should easily be able to get tickets (although maybe not lawn seats) a week or two before the show when the release the unused sponsor/band tickets....

Get 6 lawn tickets reserved, enter in credit card information, triple check that everything is correct. See the Processing order screen for 3 minutes. Then get a "Problem processing your request, Please try again" Then you click the only link on the page and you get sent to the back of the line. Ticketmaster is the worse.
