1 3.5 oz package instant cheesecake pudding mix
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup vodka
1/2 cup raspberry schnapps or raspberry liqueur
8 oz Cool Whip

and this one..
# 8 ounces extra Cool Whip
# 1 cup milk
# 1 (3 1/3 ounce) box instant white chocolate pudding
# 3/4 cup of raspberry liquor
# 1/4 cup vodka

I think I'll try that second one this year - although I likely won't be at the Residence Inn with the nice kitchen so they may just be for Thursdays show. :(

:D :D :D You could make some for Tampa and we'll try them out to see if they are good enough for Great Woods.
Well that might actually work since before I come up to Tampa I'll be at my friend Tish's house in Ft Myers and can make them there - I'm sure she and her hubby would like to be taste testers!

Pudding shots rock! We make the chocolate ones with baileys and vodka often. They are also great with a little butterschotch snhapps added in as well....like a buttery nipple. I have several recipes that I will try to remember to post on Monday....they are saved on my other computer. I actually use the larger pudding box and only adjust the liquid a little, it makes them think and everyone really seems to love them.

.......you know if you serve them in martini glasses with some chocolate shavings, it also makes a very classy dessert for a dinner party

......ok, below are the recipes that I have, but be creative! I use the larger box of pudding and increase the liquid (usually the liquors) just a little, we like them thick like pudding. and the top recipe is great with a little added butterschotch schnapps.

PUDDING SHOTS
General Ingredients
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup vodka
1/2 cup irish cream
8 ounces extra creamy Cool Whip

Add pudding to milk, stir. Add booze, stir. Last, whip in whip cream.
Once you are done, scoop into a lrg ziplock baggie, cut out the corner
and squeeze into container. Best if kept in freezer or cooler on the
road.

Now, the above is the general recipe. But this is how we make them
fun:
Strawberry Cheesecake Pudding Shots
1 pkg of instant Cheesecake pudding
3/4 c milk
1/4 c Strawberry Pucker
½ c Tequila Rose
8 oz Extra creamy whip cream

Cookies & Cream Pudding Shots
1 pkg of Oreo pudding
3/4 c milk
1/4 c Vanilla vodka
½ c Creme de Coco
8 oz Extra creamy whip cream

Butterscotch Pudding Shots
1 pkg of Butterscotch pudding
3/4 c milk
1/4 c Vanilla vodka
½ Buttershots
8 oz Extra creamy whip cream

Vanilla or Chocolate Mint Pudding Shots
1 pkg of vanilla (or chocolate) pudding
3/4 milk
1/4c Vanilla vodka
½ Creme de Mint
8 oz Extra creamy whip cream (I added chopped up mints)

Key Lime Pudding Shots
1 pkg lemon pudding mix
1 cup milk
1/2 cup lime flavored Vodka
1/16 cup Frangelico
dash of lime juice
8 oz pkg Extra creamy Cool Whip
dash of green food color
You get the idea, you can be creative!!
